What’s Included in Your Oven Clean

• Full dismantling of racks, doors, fan covers, and removable parts
• Deep clean using a heated dip tank in our van
• Cleaning of interior, exterior, and door glass (inside & out)

5. How far in advance should I book?

Book 1–2 weeks in advance.

Book up to 3 months early for busy times (e.g. Christmas).

6. How can I pay?

Payment must be in place before the clean.

7. Do you offer flexible payment options?

Yes – PayPal Pay in 3 lets you pay in 3 interest-free instalments.

8. Is there anything I should do before you arrive?

Ensure the oven is cool

Remove any non-genuine trays, racks, dishes, etc.

Provide access to hot water and electricity

Immediate parking must be available

Keep pets out of the kitchen

Keep kitchen area clutter-free

9. How long does it take?

Standard oven: ~1 hour

Ranges/AGAs: longer depending on size

10. Do you use harsh chemicals?

No – only eco-friendly, fume-free products. Safe for children and pets.

20. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange.

21. Can I get a discount if neighbours book too?

Yes – if 4+ households on your street book for the same day, we’ll give you (the organiser) 20% off as a thank you.
